The format of the discussions was that of a multi-stakeholder group with a focus on identification of potential catalytic projects in the field of sustainable and inclusive development, and in eventually development of a narrative.
Mr. Marc Saxer from FES India office introduced the Transformative Change Making (TCM) method to the group. The TCM method is used for dealing with glass ceilings we face as part of our work with developmental issues.
It enables us to transform ourselves, our relationships and thereby the system which we are part of. It offers new ways to build alliance for change.
