On 09th June, we turn 35, that is, we mark the 35th year of our existence in New Delhi. Our first office was set up on 09th June 1983. Since then Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung India has been committed to furthering values of democracy and social justice. Together with political leaders, academics, members of the civil society and national and international experts FES endeavours to generate fresh ideas to shape India’s future as well as jointly strive for a better world.
